As of January 01, 2004, all sheep and lambs must bear an approved CSIP eartag before they leave their farm of origin.  This includes animals going to community pastures, exhibitions or any movement off the farm.

Producers can obtain the approved tags for approximately 31 cents each from the Canadian Co-operative Wool growers. Please indicate that you are calling from Newfoundland.
