NOTE: The Annual General Return Procedure Manuals do not include instructions on completing the K-9 Class form. Please print the K-9 Class Size Example Form prior to logging into the system so you are familiar with that form. Other forms available at this site include the AGR form which may be helpful in preparing for online data entry and the Pre-K Information Form which should be faxed to the department at 729-3669.
