The mission of the Strategic and Human Resource Policy Branch is to provide our clients - the provincial and federal governments, crown corporations, and the public - with organizational and human resource development support services. This is to fulfill Treasury Board's leadership role of enhancing government services to the public through a coordinated approach involving all departments. Responsibility for advancing the goals of the Strategic and Human Resource Policy Branch falls upon its five divisions:
